Raw material incoming inspection
Liangta inspect all the steel materials before incoming, First, we
ask the supplier to supply products certificate and quality
assurance.
Then we make strict measurement on contour dimension inspection,
chemical element analysis and mechanical property test .
Specification of the steel tubular tower as following:
Material :
Q345B/A572, Gr50 /S355JR minimum yield strength >=345MPA;
Q235B/A36/S235JR, minimum yield strength>=235MPA
Details & Shape : Can be designed as per customer's requirement
Surface : Hot Dip Galvanization or color painting
Connection : Overlapping or flange connection
Galvanizing Standard: EN ISO 1461,ASTM/A123 or equivalent
