1. Production description
This kind telecom steel tower is popular used in different places
with customized design.
We can manufacture all types of telecom steel tower as per
customer's requirements with the production
capacity 3000 tons per month.
DesignStandard : BS 8100 or EIA/TIA -222G
Antenna Design Loading: As requirement
Wind speed : As your requirement .Usually from 60KM/H to 300KM/H
Surface treament: Hot dip Galvanization acoording to BS729 or ASTM 123 .And also can
be painted as requirement.
Ladder: External ladder(light duty tower) or inside ladders(medium
and heavy duty tower ).
For pole ,usually we use step bolts.
Platforms : Rest platform or working platform
Material used : Q345B/A572, Gr50 /S355JR minimum yield strength >=345MPA;
Q235B/A36/S235JR, minimum yield strength>=235MPA
