1.Production decription
We are professional manufacturer of electicity pylone used in high
voltage AC and DC systems from 2009.
Heigth from 9m to 100m
Electricity pylons Voltage from 10-1000KV
The electricity pylons meet ASTM Standards,GB/T standards and
related standards .
Steel grades
Tower legs: Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade
50
Others members: Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394
Dimension and tolerance for angle : GB/T1591-1994, Equal to EN
10056-1/2
Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123
The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard
If the thickness of the material not less than 5mm,The min average
thickness of the galvanization of
steel tower is more than 86um.
Type test and preshipment test is accepted .
If needed ,we even can supply an engineer for help installing the
pylone structures.
2. Product capacity
We have 5 auto production line for electric transmission towers
Manufacturing,We can supply 3000 tons lattice steel tower
every month .Else we have enogh site for installing more production
line if needed.
We also have plasma cutting machine ,14m bending machine and auto
welding machines for pole towers .
3. Technical support
Our engineer and drawer has lots of designing ,lofting experience
of lattice steel towers .
Which we can supply a overall solution of all the towers .

Material incoming control:chemical and physical test
Zinc coating thinknes inspection

5. Trial assembly
We usually has two ways of trial assembly for lattice steel towers
: trial assembly before galvanzation
and after galvanization.

7. Package and delivery
Package we usually do as our clients requirment .Usually for angle
steel towers,We use steel wire to make it into bundle and use
special material to protect the Zinc.
